The Syrian Women’s Political Movement expresses its solidarity and compassion with the Kingdom of Morocco and its people in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake that struck the country on September 9, 2023.

The Syrian Women’s Political Movement stands beside the Moroccan people, especially its women, conveying feelings of loyalty and sympathy to the families of the victims, the injured, and those affected by the earthquake. We recall the support of the Moroccan people for Syrian women in their previous ordeal during the earthquake that struck southern Turkey and northern Syria last February, exchanging sentiments of gratitude and solidarity.

Our wishes for mercy to the victims, healing to the wounded, and assistance to the affected, and may Morocco overcome its trial safely and peacefully.
